1. What We Collect and Why
We don’t run ads, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t track you across the web. What we do collect is limited to what’s needed to run this site and follow up when you ask us to.
2. Cookies
This site uses cookies in two ways:
- Functional cookies: Set by WordPress to support basic site operation. These do not track you across other websites and are not used for advertising.
- Analytics cookies: Set by Google Analytics to collect aggregate data about site usage (pages visited, session duration, traffic sources). Google Analytics 4 anonymizes IP addresses by default. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or any cookies from social media platforms.
3. Third-Party Services
The following third-party services are used on this site. Each operates under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.
We do not use Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any advertising or retargeting tools on this site.
4. How We Use Your Information
Information collected through this site is used only for the purposes described above. Specifically:
- Email addresses collected through the quiz or calculator are added to a Mailchimp audience and used to send relevant follow-up content related to the tool you completed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Contact information provided when scheduling a consultation is used only to facilitate that meeting.
- Emails sent to uryyb@pnzcoryyzvaq.pbz are read and responded to by Campbell Mind staff only.
- Analytics data is reviewed in aggregate to understand site performance. Individual visitor data is not reviewed or used for any other purpose.
We do not use your information for automated profiling, targeted advertising, or any purpose not described in this policy.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With third-party service providers listed in Section 3, solely to operate the site and deliver the services described
- When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Campbell Mind or others
Any third-party service provider that receives your data is contractually required to use it only for the purpose for which it was shared.
6. Data Retention
